This role for a Swim Instructor at Baby Otter Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to individuals of all ages in accordance with our proprietary swim safety program. You will plan and conduct effective and engaging lessons, ensure safety during swim sessions, monitor swimmers’ progress, and provide feedback to help students build their confidence in the water.

Maintaining a supportive and caring environment is crucial for this role.

• Loves children and the pool and being in the sun
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with children, families, and diverse communities
• Certified in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Passion for teaching swimming and promoting water safety
