Kiefer Aquatics is hiring an Event Associate to support weekend and weekday events, including swim team fittings, swim meets, and other swim‑related events across Florida. The role requires occasional travel, working on weekends and weekdays. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about helping parents and swimmers of all ages, enjoy customer service, and can manage light duties. The position offers competitive pay, employee discounts, and travel reimbursements.

• Pay rates of $15–$18 per hour!
• Part‑time positions with events scheduled up to 1–2 months in advance.
• Employee discount on all goods and services Kiefer provides while employed.
• Travel reimbursements and free uniforms.

• Assist with swim team fittings and swim meet events.
• Converse with parents and swimmers of all ages and provide excellent customer service.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Be available to work weekdays and some weekends.

• Timely attendance and strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and use of daily processes.
• Openness to learning new skills and processes that support the business.
• High level of integrity with a strong sense of accountability.

Working Conditions: The work environment includes frequent temperature changes depending on outdoor climate and occasional loud noises, with no exposure to hazardous materials.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This is a non‑supervisory position.

• Stand for long periods, kneel, climb, twist, move about, and push, pull, and lift in excess of 50 lbs, including lifting above shoulder level.
• Use hands and fingers to feel, touch, or handle objects and tools and reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
