PositionDetails
Pay: $16/hour plus benefits (full‑time).
ResponsibilitiesThe Lifeguard’s primary responsibility is the safety of the owners and guests at the resort. This position is the first responder for any incident that may occur in the pool area(s). The Lifeguard will provide medical attention or conduct a water rescue if necessary.
How You'll Make an Impact- Monitor the pool and surrounding areas. Ensure that the pool area is safe and secure at all times. Communicate with guests to make them aware of the safety rules of the pool area(s).
- Provide medical attention and conduct water rescues if necessary.
- Assist with resort activities and events in the pool area.
- Certified or ability to become certified: CPR / First Aid certified, Water Safety, and Red Cross Deep Water Lifeguard Certified.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with team focus.
- Previous lifeguard experience preferred.
