Pay Range: $50.00 - 58.82 per Hour W2

• We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale solutions. This role requires a seasoned technical leader with strong communication skills who will collaborate closely with clients to translate business needs into robust, cloud‑native applications.
• The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide cross‑functional teams while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, gathering requirements, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end software development lifecycle activities, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Architect, design, and implement cloud‑native applications leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Manage ingress and egress flows, ensuring secure and efficient integration of external systems and APIs.
• Utilize Enterprise Java and the Spring Framework to build scalable, high‑performance applications.
• Oversee build and deployment management, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and automated release processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and agile delivery.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards within enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, driving continuous improvement in reliability and resilience.
