• Position: Java Engineer / Python Developer
• Location: Hybrid in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA
• Duration: 6‑month contract with possible extensions and/or direct‑hire conversion
• Pay Rate: up to $90/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Focus: Build integration tools and components that connect to sanctions products (Fircosoft or Bridger Insight), rather than developing within those systems directly

• Develop tools and services that integrate with Fircosoft and/or Bridger Insight using Java or Python, REST APIs, and Kafka streaming
• Work with large datasets and ensure efficient data processing
• Build UI components (preferably React; Angular acceptable)
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement solutions that enhance sanctions workflows
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., JadeX, Windsurf) to accelerate development

• Strong proficiency in Java or Python development
• Expertise in Web Services and REST API development
• Experience with Kafka for data streaming
• Familiarity with handling large datasets
• UI development experience (React preferred; Angular acceptable)
• Sanctions product experience (Bridger Insight or Fircosoft)

• Comfortable using AI tools for code generation (e.g., developer writes initial 12–15 lines, AI completes remaining code)
• Technologies in use:
  JadeX, Windsurf

• Long‑term contract opportunity and/or potential for direct hire with the client
• Exposure to leadership and various business stakeholders
