The Lead Engineer must understand business needs and use technical tools to achieve department goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced technology leader, self‑starter, articulate, multi‑tasker and a collaborative problem solver with a commitment to sophisticated design and quality product.

• Architect and lead the design and development of complex UI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Own projects from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, backend teams and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to modern UI design principles, accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Angular, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script.
• Experience with RESTful services and MVC architecture.
• Good understanding of MVC and Web API.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, WCF, RESTful services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft web server technologies, IIS configuration and authentication.
• Understanding of T‑SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
