Enhancement Crew Leader – A hands‑on role that guides and inspires a crew to transform and maintain commercial landscapes while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.

Department: Maintenance

Location: Bradenton, FL

Compensation: $22.00–$28.00 / hour

• Lead, motivate, and supervise crew members to complete all installation tasks safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks by following production and installation plans, ensuring proper sequencing and meeting project deadlines.
• Train and coach team members on proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and correct use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with management, providing timely updates on project progress and proactively identifying potential challenges or hazards.
• Perform hands‑on installation work alongside the crew, including grading, planting, sod installation, irrigation setup, hardscape placement, and other related tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections, create punch lists, and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved or exceeded.
• Monitor and perform basic preventative maintenance on tools, trucks, and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure full compliance with all safety regulations.

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of Florida landscape plant/tree material & planting techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• English communication skills required (Spanish a plus).
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to lead groups with diverse backgrounds.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions (Mon–Thu, 10‑hour shifts).
