Colwill Engineering, Inc. is looking for career minded individuals located in the Orlando, Florida area that have Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration service experience to join our team.

We are currently offering a pay range of $30 to $40 per hour for this full-time position, Monday through Friday. (In-person)

Perform a variety technical tasks related to maintaining, repairing, and replacing heating, cooling, ventilation, and related EMS systems.

Diagnose and repair customer’s products such as heat pumps, ventilation systems, gas furnaces, rooftop package units, EMS systems, motors, medium and low temperature refrigeration equipment, ice machines, exhaust hoods, chillers, rack systems, and control systems while providing top notch customer service and abiding safety protocols. Repairs include, but not limited to,

• Equipment/Coil cleanings
• Motor/VFD replacements
• Compressor/Coil replacements
• Multi-Evaporator Systems
• Ductwork and Air Ventilation repairs
• Miscellaneous plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs (limited)

• Date and change filters.
• Assisting in our inventory management by performing weekly refrigerant weigh- ins and truck inventory counts as needed.

• Commercial Refrigeration Service: 3 years (Required)
