McCloskey Mechanical is seeking a highly experienced Senoir HVAC/R Technician / Field Supervisor to join our Orlando team. This role requires 20+ years of proven experience in Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration, including advanced diagnostic skills and leadership capabilities in the field.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on expertise with Commercial Refrigeration Systems, Rack Refrigeration, and Glycol Chiller Systems, along with the ability to oversee, train, and support field technicians. The position plays a key role in maintaining project quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise field technicians during service calls, installations, and PMS
- Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC/R systems
- Ensure job site safety, quality, and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate daily operations, workflow, and job assignments
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians
- Complete and review service documentation and reports
- 20 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service and repair
- Strong knowledge of rack refrigeration, glycol chillers, and commercial cooling systems
- Ability to supervise teams and manage field operations
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and diagnostic capabilities
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work independently and make critical field decisions
