As a Construction Welder at FINFROCK, you’ll play a critical role in the erection and assembly of our precast concrete structures. You’ll perform high-quality welding on active construction sites while maintaining our commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.

• Perform welding duties in accordance with FINFROCK standards and project specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment, leads, and torches in proper working condition.
• Identify, organize, and distribute materials per the Bill of Materials (B.O.M.) as required.
• Follow all FINFROCK safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate promptly with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns on the job site.
• Report all injuries or safety incidents—no matter how minor to management or the Safety Office immediately.

• Valid 3G and 4G welding certifications

• Successful completion of the following FINFROCK assessments:
  • 3G and 4G Welding Test
  • Company Policies Exam
  • Basic Tape Measure Test
  • Welding Equipment Maintenance Test
  • B.O.M. Identification and Organization Test
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights.
• Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites (overnight travel may be required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and repeatedly throughout the shift.
