We are seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team! This role is responsible for completing maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel, with a strong emphasis on HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hotel maintenance experience and a solid technical background in climate‑control systems, allowing them to work efficiently and independently.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and general mechanical components.
• Complete maintenance tasks for electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Support the engineering team with emergency maintenance needs, including climate‑control issues, plumbing concerns, and electrical repairs.
• Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and documentation of completed work, inspections, and ongoing maintenance requirements.
• Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours, including holidays.

• 2–3 years of hotel maintenance experience required.

Strong skill set in HVAC and refrigeration systems, including troubleshooting and repair.

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to guest service.
