Job Summary
We are hiring a Floor Coating Installer to help prepare and coat concrete floors. This role is hands-on and physical. You will work with a team to clean, repair, and apply floor coatings at job sites. Safety, quality work, and teamwork are very important in this role.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing good work.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare concrete floors by cleaning, grinding, and repairing surfacesMix and apply floor coating materials following company's stepsUse basic tools and equipment safely (grinders, rollers, mixers)Lift and move materials weighing up to 50–100 poundsFollow all safety rules, job instructions, and company policiesWork well with team members and follow directionsKeep job sites clean, safe, and organizedCommunicate clearly with coworkers and customersWork indoors and outdoors in different weather conditionsShow up on time and be ready to work each dayRequired Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
Valid driver’s licenseLegal authorization to work in the U.S. (I-9 compliant)Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical workAbility to follow instructions and safety guidelinesWillingness to learn new skills and tasksGood attitude and strong work ethicReliable transportation to job sitesBasic math skills for measuring and mixing materialsAbility to work flexible hours based on project needsPreferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Experience in construction, concrete, or floor coatingsExperience using hand tools or power toolsAbility to drive a vehicle with a closed trailerCustomer service or job-site communication experienceExperience
0–3 years of experience requiredTraining provided for the right candidateWork Environment & Physical Requirements
