Location: Central Florida (with travel outside the state required)
Position Overview
Nu-Pipe is seeking an experienced Grouting Technician to operate and support grout injection operations for drainage pipe rehabilitation projects. This field-based role requires hands-on technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel to multiple job sites, including projects outside Florida. The ideal candidate is eager to work 10 days on, 4 days off and learn new techniques, methods, and materials to grow their expertise.
What You'll Do
- Operate grout injection equipment for polyurethane or cementitious grout
- Prepare and mix grout materials according to project specifications
- Inject grout to seal voids, reinforce structures, and prevent water infiltration
- Monitor injection pressure, material flow, and application rates to ensure proper installation
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Work safely in confined spaces when required, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and job progress
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to ensure project success
- Learn and adapt to new grouting techniques, methods, and materials
- Experience in grout injection or similar construction/utility work
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate field equipment
- Physical stamina and comfort working in confined spaces or challenging conditions
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations
- CDL preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel outside Florida for projects
- Flexibility to work 10 days on, 4 days off
- Full-time, field-based role
- Travel to multiple job sites, including projects outside Florida
