Fleet Diesel Systems Technician

• Hourly pay: $24–$29 based on experience and certifications

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair tractor and trailer electrical/mechanical systems using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment (JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, Windows)
• Perform preventive maintenance across tractors & trailers
• Conduct DOT inspections per FMCSA guidelines
• Meet the physical demands of the role: lift and/or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction; stand or lie for extended periods; move flexibly to reach equipment

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain a Class B license preferred
• Technical or advanced degree, or 2 years of equivalent maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience with diagnostics and repair tooling (JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, Windows)
• Proven problem-solving capability
• Strong teamwork, customer service, and clear oral/written communication
• On-site evaluation with recommended training
