- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair tractor and trailer electrical/mechanical systems using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment (JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, Windows)
- Perform preventive maintenance across tractors & trailers
- Conduct DOT inspections per FMCSA guidelines
- Meet the physical demands of the role: lift and/or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction; stand or lie for extended periods; move flexibly to reach equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain a Class B license preferred
- Technical or advanced degree, or 2 years of equivalent maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience with diagnostics and repair tooling (JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, Windows)
- Proven problem-solving capability
- Strong teamwork, customer service, and clear oral/written communication
- On-site evaluation with recommended training
