Hiring Mechanic's on 1st & 2nd Shift – near MCO Airport

We are hiring Sr. Mechanic's and Mechanics to support Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance at the MCO Airport. These roles involve maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting GSE equipment, including diesel, automotive, and electrical systems. All candidates must be able to run and troubleshoot wire harnesses. Pay ranges from $29.50–$31.50 per hour
, based on experience and position level.

• Sr. Mechanics (2 positions): 2nd shift, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM – Sunday–Thursday and Tuesday–Saturday
• Mechanics (3 positions):
  • 2 Mechanics on 2nd shift, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
    , Sunday–Thursday
  • 1 Mechanic on 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
    , Sunday–Thursday

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot GSE equipment across the airport fleet
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose engine, transmission, brake, and electrical issues
• Conduct repairs on diesel systems (Sr. Mechanics) and automotive systems (Mechanics)
• Utilize electrical knowledge to troubleshoot wiring, harnesses, and system faults

• Sr. Mechanics:
  Diesel maintenance, troubleshooting, and heavy equipment repair
• Mechanics:
  Minimum 4 years of automotive experience, including transmission, brake, and engine work
• Ability to run, repair, and troubleshoot wire harnesses
• Strong preventive maintenance and diagnostic skills
• Clean driver’s license required

Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL (Offsite near MCO Airport). Fully onsite.

The pay range for this position is $29.25 - $31.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
