Rolling Suds is seeking an experienced Window Cleaning Technician to support our growing exterior cleaning operations. This role is primarily focused on commercial window cleaning, with some residential work as needed. Rolling Suds is the nation’s largest power washing and exterior maintenance company, and we are looking for technicians who take pride in professional results and working on active job sites.

Professional window cleaning experience is required.

• Perform window cleaning on commercial properties, including office buildings, medical facilities, retail centers, and multi-story properties
• Perform residential window cleaning as scheduled
• Clean exterior and interior glass per job scope
• Use professional equipment, including:
  • Squeegees and traditional window cleaning tools
  • Water-fed pole (RO/DI) systems
  • Ladders, lifts, and other access equipment as required
• Follow all safety procedures when working at height
• Protect customer property and surrounding surfaces
• Complete job checklists and quality control requirements
• Document completed work with photos and job notes
• Work closely with the Lead Technician and Operations Manager to ensure efficiency and quality
• Assist with related exterior cleaning tasks when needed

• Professional window cleaning experience required
• Commercial window cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Experience with water-fed pole systems preferred
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and at height
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in professional results
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
