A growing renewable energy company based in the Orlando area is hiring a Field / Battery Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, solar, and battery systems. This is a hands‑on role involving work at customer sites and occasional travel.
Responsibilities- Install, commission, and maintain electrical, solar, and battery systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in the field
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Support customers with system operation and basic troubleshooting
- Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and in varying environments
- $28–$34/hour, 40 hours/week + 10–15 hours OT on average
- Equipment provided
- Benefits including PTO, sick leave, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) with employer match
- Electrical, solar, or field technician experience preferred
- Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work and travel
- Valid driver’s license
