• Collaborate with the Installation and Repipe department to ensure timely and precise installation following company standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Analyze work orders, adhere to daily travel schedules, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and proactively address problems.
• Maintain a full stock inventory for each job.
• Document work performed following company procedures.
• Guide and share knowledge with assistants or apprentices.
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
• Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.

• 2-3 years of residential plumbing installation and repiping experience minimum.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.
