Location: Orlando, FL, travel and/or overnight stay may be required

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tile Helper to assist with the installation of large-format porcelain panels. This role supports the lead installer in preparing surfaces, handling materials, and ensuring high-quality finishes for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installer with handling and placement of large-format porcelain panels.
• Prepare work areas: cleaning, leveling, applying adhesives as directed.
• Safely transport and stage materials using proper lifting techniques and tools.
• Mix and apply thin‑set mortar or adhesives under supervision.
• Help measure, cut, and trim panels using specialized tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the installation team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in tile installation or construction.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy panels (up to 150 lbs) safely.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
