JOB SUMMARY
All Com is hiring experienced BICSI Technicians. Technicians should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in installation, terminating and testing copper and fiber;
Cat 5, Iron Work. Installation of cabinets, equipment, and racking. Technicians at All Com perform a variety of activities associated with onsite installation of telecommunication infrastructure. Working as a team, tasks and duties are assigned by the Project Manager or Site Manager. Must be able to work with minimal on-site supervision. Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to read, write, understand, and follow procedures.
Must be able to interpret design drawings.
Technicians at All Com travel from project to project as assigned (100% travel). Some opportunities may exist for project-specific employment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Complete tasks required for end-to-end system installation and testing. Duties and responsibilities will vary based on project type, scope, duration and manpower assignments.
- Ability to stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Must be able to climb ladders.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or carry 35 pounds.
- General tasks and duties as assigned by Site Managers.
- Ability to stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Must be able to climb ladders up to 25 feet and work on lifts up to 40 feet.
- Must be able to lift or carry loads up to 50 pounds.

- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in the construction and/or telecommunications installation field.
- Relies on judgment and experience to plan and accomplish tasks.
- Work under general supervision and may provide direction or assistance to other technicians.
- 3 plus years of telecommunication infrastructure installation experience required.
- BICSI Technician, additional certifications and related experience a plus.
OSHA certification a plus.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must have a current, valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug and background) and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to secure and maintain Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
- Ability to travel out of town 100% of the time.
