In this role, you’ll assist in restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage. • Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation projects.
• Set up, operate, and monitor drying and dehumidification equipment.
• Perform demolition, cleaning, and debris removal as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, tools, and work spaces.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Accurately complete job documentation, notes, and photos using mobile software.
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and teammates.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Represent Clean Path Restoration™ with professionalism and a positive attitude.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Dependable transportation.
• IICRC certification preferred (training and certification opportunities available).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
• Dependable and self‑motivated, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

• Full‑Time:
  Monday – Friday.
• Emergency/on‑call rotation as needed for restoration response.

• Occasional travel may be required for regional projects (per diem provided).
