Operations Training Specialist; Remote

• Provide training on installation methods and processes to installation employees, focusing on safety and quality
• Audit documented processes to ensure alignment and provide feedback on necessary changes
• Evaluate installation procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
• Support tendering, order development, installation planning, and execution
• Collaborate with regional leaders to implement installation programs and initiatives

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators
• Strong background in field installation with demonstrated installation management and project management skills
• Proven training experience in a relevant technical field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet heavy travel requirements within assigned regions

• Experience in the elevator and escalator industry
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to installation
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Additional certifications related to installation training or safety
• Bilingual skills in English and another language
