Boiler Mechanic; Welder

As a Boiler Mechanic you will provide quality service and troubleshooting on customers’ boiler system equipment through inspection, preventative maintenance and emergency services. You will also mentor and help guide other mechanics.

• Collaborate with customers at job sites to identify problems and offer effective solutions.
• Exercise project‑management skills to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with senior mechanics to complete projects and mentor other mechanics.
• Provide reports detailing daily activities.
• Proactively work towards leveling up through the Growth Program.
• Support customers on a rotational on‑call basis, which may include weekends and after normal business hours.

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in welding, pipe fitting, or millwrighting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Previous boiler service and repair experience strongly preferred.
• 6G welding certification preferred.
• Proficiency with rigging practices, boiler refractory replacement, pipe/control valve sizing, welding code procedures, pipe threading and tool usage.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when necessary.
• Exceptional customer service acumen and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and handle competing priorities while ensuring accuracy.
