Commercial HVAC Service Technician

• Earn up to $45+ per hour (based on experience)

• Preventative & Corrective Maintenance – Keep HVAC equipment running efficiently and extend its lifespan
• Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues for optimal system performance
• Equipment Upgrades & Process Improvements – Work on cutting-edge HVAC systems and contribute to process optimizations
• Safety & Compliance – Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
• Collaboration & Leadership – Work independently or alongside a team, sharing knowledge and expertise

• HVAC Certification (Technical school certification preferred)
• EPA Certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid Driver’s License (clean record)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and adhere to all safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail & problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset

• Experience with refrigeration or industrial HVAC systems
• Manufacturer certifications & training
• Familiarity with digital dispatch & invoicing software
