Position: Residential New Construction Plumber - Orlando Office

With offices in Orlando, New Port Richey, and Brandon, we are growing rapidly and seeking experienced Residential New Construction Plumbers to join our team.

$1,000 Stay-On Bonus Structure

• $250 after 90 days
• $250 after 120 days
• $500 after 180 days

We are looking for reliable and skilled plumbers to handle underground work, 1-2 story top-outs, tub sets, and fixture installations with a focus on quality and code compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing water supply and DWV (drain-waste-vent) systems to code
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and job specifications
• Setting toilets, tubs, shower pans, and fixtures
• Installing faucets, water heaters, and related plumbing systems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Reporting to job sites on time each day
• Keeping tools, materials, and company vehicle clean and organized
• Delivering consistent, high-quality work for residential homebuilders

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential new construction plumber
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and blueprint reading
• Owns necessary hand tools
• Valid and clean Florida driver's license
• Must be 21 years or older (for insurance eligibility)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
