Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman with expertise in interior and exterior home repair, including stucco repair, drywall, painting, minor interior trim repairs, siding installation/repair, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with exterior finishes, can work independently or as part of a team, and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform stucco patching, crack repair, resurfacing, and sealing

• Paint building exteriors and interiors, including prep work, masking, priming, and finishing.

• Install, repair, or replace siding (vinyl, wood, fiber cement, etc.).

• Conduct general exterior home maintenance and repairs as needed (e.g., caulking, pressure washing, minor carpentry).

• Perform interior drywall repairs and painting.

• Safely operate tools and equipment (e.g., ladders, sprayers, power tools).Ensure job sites are clean and organized before, during, and after work.

• Communicate effectively with clients or supervisors to discuss project detail and timelines

• Follow safety procedures and local building codes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in stucco work, painting, and siding repair/installations.

• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and application techniques.

• Ability to assess damage and provide accurate repair estimates.

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
