Maintenance Technician III – Third / Overnight Shift
Join Travel + Leisure Co. as a Maintenance Technician III on the Third/Overnight Shift at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando, FL.
Pay: $21/hour plus $1/hour overnight differential.
How You’ll ShineAs a Maintenance Technician III, you’ll provide quality results for our guests by using your maintenance skills, customer service expertise, and ensuring each unit and building is in perfect working order.
Responsibilities- Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Monitor and repair HVAC systems for the entire facility.
- Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, brazing, silver, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
- Replace breakers, ballast, and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevent and troubleshoot possible electric hazards.
- Perform preventative maintenance of all units, common areas, and grounds as required; responsible for preventive maintenance programs on all systems such as HVAC and boilers.

- Certified HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skill required.
