Landscape Installation Foreman

The Landscape Installation Foreman is responsible for maintaining top industry standards in all aspects of landscape installation. This position requires competence in plant identification, shrub and flower planting, tree installation, mulching, sod prep and installation, and other essential duties that beautify properties.

• Master the skills necessary to perform the work
• Mulching
• Planting
• Tree Installation
• Sod installation
• Seasonal clean ups
• Comply with the company's safety policies and procedures
• Manage crew productivity and performance to adhere to contract hours and specifications
• Manage crew members' daily time entries on a tablet
• Maintain tools and equipment

• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years experience with a professional landscaping company doing installations
• Ability to push, pull, lift, or move up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Insurability and ability to operate a company vehicle and trailer
• Knowledge of and ability to operate a skid steer
• Ability to read English

• Accurate installations completed in or under the specified time frame to maintain efficient workflow
• High-quality work completed the first time, with no call-backs or warranty work necessary

• Planning, organizing, and strong attention to detail
• Dedication to an excellent customer experience
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and consistency
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire for constant improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
