Adkins Electric, Inc., A Norlee Company, is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Foreman to join our team. This role requires a very specific background. Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in all phases of commercial construction.

We are currently offering a competitive salary, and company vehicle (once MVR has cleared) for this full-time position, Monday through Friday.

What this Role will Do:

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations. Commercial experience is a MUST; we need a strong leader.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structures.
• Ability to operate various types of equipment and to read, cross-reference, and explain blueprints to co-workers.
• Strong communication skills to convey information effectively, including following safety rules and adhering to company policies.
• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work successfully.
• Must have NEC code knowledge;
  Journeyman preferable.
• Must have your own hand tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test.
• Comfortable lifting at least fifty pounds and working safely while on ladders.
