This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee brewers, espresso machines, and water systems at customer locations.

• Perform routine maintenance on ice machines, including cleaning and basic troubleshooting
• Complete scheduled service tasks under company-managed agreements and third-party service contracts
• Inspect all equipment types for leaks, performance issues, and general wear during site visits
• Follow all company and customer safety policies and protocols while on job sites
• Maintain and care for assigned service vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with maintenance policies
• Safely transport tools, parts, and equipment to and from customer locations
• Use standard hand tools and diagnostic equipment to perform field repairs and preventive maintenance
• Communicate professionally with customers and document all work using company systems or mobile apps
• Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance and responsiveness to scheduling and dispatch
