Divesting Supervisor

The Divesting Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Divesting Agents at airport security checkpoints. This position is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining professional standards, and providing leadership to checkpoint staff. The supervisor ensures that all procedures are followed while maintaining excellent customer service and effective passenger flow through security screening areas.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Divesting Agents at assigned checkpoints.
• Ensure staff members follow established procedures and maintain professional conduct.
• Provide guidance and support to employees during high-volume operational periods.
• Monitor checkpoint operations to ensure efficient passenger movement and minimal delays.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain communication with airport authorities and federal security personnel as required.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkpoint areas to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Report operational issues, incidents, or staffing concerns to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in airport operations, security services, or customer service environments preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass required background checks and security clearances.
