Job Type: Part-time - Friday & Saturday Overnights

Our Guest Safety Ambassadors / Security Guards do more than simply provide security - they are a key part of the guest experience, ensuring guests, staff, and visitors feel both protected and respected at all times.

• Patrol hotel property, including building interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and surrounding grounds, to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Monitor CCTV, surveillance systems, and access control points to ensure proper security protocols are consistently followed
• Learn and follow hotel-specific policies, emergency procedures, and property layouts to respond effectively and confidently
• Assist guests, visitors, and staff with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy while maintaining security awareness
• Provide clear directions to guests and support hotel staff with guest safety needs and general assistance
• Document and report security incidents accurately and in a timely manner according to hotel and company policy
• Verify credentials, manage access points, and maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, coordinating with hotel management and emergency services as needed

• Prior security or hospitality experience is required
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and handle situations with discretion and sound judgment
• Commitment to learning property‑specific policies and procedures
• Open availability for overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday required)
