Security Officer - Flex Front Desk Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a front desk location within a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate area while following account protocols.;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, report unusual activity, and document observations per site requirements.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and assisting with incident documentation.;
Receive and route calls and deliveries, maintain front desk logs and reports, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site contacts.
