We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Part‑Time Security Officer to join our team for the overnight shift at Marriott Orlando Downtown. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property while providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
Responsibilities- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Conduct regular patrols of guest rooms, public areas, and parking facilities during the overnight hours.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or incidents.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and irregularities.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
- Assist guests with directions, safety concerns, and any other requests as needed.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Valid security officer license as required by Florida law.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical capability to patrol the property and respond to emergencies.
- Customer service oriented and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
