Security Officer - Hospital Patrol Part-Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and timely notification of site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or hazards and reporting concerns per post orders.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow as assigned, supporting check-in processes, directing individuals to appropriate departments, and/or assisting with way finding while maintaining a professional presence.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and/or service calls in written reports and logs, and communicate relevant information during shift briefings and handoffs.
