Security Officer - Building Reception Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Greet, screen, and direct visitors, patients, and vendors in a healthcare location, including verifying identification, managing sign-in processes, and issuing temporary access credentials when applicable;
Monitor lobby activity and access points from a stationary post, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report suspicious activity or policy violations per site guidelines;
Answer phones and respond to requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating incidents and critical situations to the appropriate personnel;
Maintain accurate logs and reports of visitor activity, deliveries, incidents, and communications, and coordinate with onsite staff and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed
