Overnight Security Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Security Associate for Hilton Grand Vacations. Join our team to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and property.

• Performs periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds, protecting property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
• Maintains inspection reports and records, advises management of deficiencies and any remedial or disciplinary actions needed.
• Investigates all security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and prepares a complete report including statements from involved parties and witnesses.
• Provides assistance to team members, guests and owners within department and company guidelines.
• Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all times, including answering inquiries, directing traffic, providing directions, delivering packages, and offering general problem solving assistance.
• Patrols the interior and perimeter of the resort to observe and identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions.
• Performs basic first aid and CPR as needed.
• Carries out reasonable requests of management.
• Must be able to work any night of the week, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to patrol the property for 8–9 hours at a time.
• Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and effective manner.
• Full and open availability for any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous computer experience and excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to write incident reports.
• Prior security experience in the hotel/hospitality industry (preferred).
• Military or law enforcement background (preferred).
• Current First Aid/CPR certifications.
