The Sales Consultant is responsible for the direct sale of Holiday Inn Club Vacation ownership products to prospective purchasers in a professional and ethical manner. The primary duties are to discover the prospective purchaser’s needs and interests, create a desire to join the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program through a structured sales presentation, advise clients on the added value of ownership, and address any questions or concerns while providing quality customer service.

- Conduct guest presentations and tours as trained at scheduled times, providing prospective owners a tour of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour.
- Attend training classes on an ongoing basis and participate in demonstration/assessment rides with Sales Managers and/or Training Managers.
- Build relationships with assigned Sales Training Managers and all members of the Sales Line Team; assist in ensuring all questions are answered professionally, informatively, diplomatically, and correctly.
- Perform coaching and action plans as directed by Sales Training Managers or Sales Managers; explain points‑program features and recommend points purchases to meet current and future vacation needs.
- Deliver the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales‑tour experience; achieve personal and departmental written objectives as determined during the fiscal year.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Higher Education encouraged
- Active Real Estate License may be required for certain locations (e.g., Florida, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee)
