What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound warm sales calls
    , understand customer needs, and recommend tailored vacation solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building rapport and trust.
  • Conduct accurate cost calculations and create detailed travel quotations.
  • Present alternative options when needed and close sales effectively.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs across conversion, margin, data accuracy, and call handling.
  • Produce precise booking documentation and maintain organized administrative records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Reservations and Customer Experience teams.
  • Follow compliance guidelines including state Seller of Travel laws, FTC rules, and data protection requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ months of cruise or travel sales experience (preferred).
  • Experience in cruise sales, hotels, travel agencies, call centers, or theme parks is highly relevant.
  • Strong achiever with proven sales results and KPI performance.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with technology (Excel, Outlook, CRM systems).
  • Flexible schedule—this is a 7‑day operation with rotating shifts.
