What You’ll Do- Handle inbound warm sales calls
, understand customer needs, and recommend tailored vacation solutions. - Deliver exceptional customer service while building rapport and trust.
- Conduct accurate cost calculations and create detailed travel quotations.
- Present alternative options when needed and close sales effectively.
- Meet and exceed KPIs across conversion, margin, data accuracy, and call handling.
- Produce precise booking documentation and maintain organized administrative records.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Reservations and Customer Experience teams.
- Follow compliance guidelines including state Seller of Travel laws, FTC rules, and data protection requirements.
- 6+ months of cruise or travel sales experience (preferred).
- Experience in cruise sales, hotels, travel agencies, call centers, or theme parks is highly relevant.
- Strong achiever with proven sales results and KPI performance.
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with technology (Excel, Outlook, CRM systems).
- Flexible schedule—this is a 7‑day operation with rotating shifts.
