• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will shine.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.58 – $19.29 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities can bring top sellers up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
