We’re looking for motivated salespeople to guide clients through our proven process to create opportunities such as buying a house or car, and even starting a business. As a salesperson with BEU, you will educate clients on credit to help them access funding for mortgages, cars, and even businesses. You’re not just “selling” — you’re a financial guide helping people get out of debt, qualify for homes, start businesses, and secure funding.

Every conversation is about empowering someone with solutions, not pressuring them. You’ll gain insider knowledge about credit repair, funding strategies, and business growth while getting paid to help others. This isn’t just a sales role — it’s about guiding people to freedom. • Conduct daily outreach to leads who have requested help.
• Facilitate daily credit repair consultations with leads to close leads.
• Guide clients through Blackq Empire University credit and funding programs step-by-step.
• Educate clients through available options to changing circumstances
• Build relationships with client leads and walk them toward their financial goals.
• Serve as a financial mentor to a caseload of clientele
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Philosophy, Psychology, Sport Management, or other related fields preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
• Self-starter mentality that can work independently under limited supervision
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning new things quickly
• Passion for financial education and for helping others better their life circumstances
• Excellent team player who can help when needed.
• Experience in sales is preferred but not needed.

• Base pay $1500 - $2000/Month + uncapped commissions + multiple bonuses.
