We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service BDC Client Care Representative to join our team! Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide information about services and schedule appointments
  • Manage and nurture the service pipeline by following up with prospects and existing customers to maximize upselling opportunities
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and monitor sales progress

Assist in inventory management by coordinating with dealership teams to ensure availability of parts for client needs

  • Support outbound sales efforts through cold calling and outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously
  • Collaborate with service management and other departments to develop strategies for B2B (business-to-business) sales growth and client retention
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or customer service roles; dealership experience is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products or services effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases
  • Familiarity with CRM software, service syatems, and marketing tools
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Outbound sales experience including cold calling and lead generation is desirable
