Mission
As an Account Executive at Captivea, you are responsible for converting qualified demand into closed business. You will lead the discovery process, design Odoo-based solutions, and manage all commercial steps from scoping through contracting. Your success will directly drive Captivea’s US growth through the profitable sale of ERP implementation services.
What you will do- Lead discovery and solution design.
- Present Odoo-based solutions.
- Manage proposals, pricing, and contracts.
- Forecast and manage pipeline.
- 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
- Prior experience selling ERP, complex SaaS, consulting services, or technical solutions strongly preferred.
- Confident leading executive-level conversations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to structure problems.
- Consultative, disciplined, organized, and comfortable running multi-step sales cycles.
- Coachable and eager to refine methodology, positioning, and deal execution. Huge Plus.
- Experience with Odoo, Net Suite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms.
- Background in solution consulting, system integration, or business process design.
