• Build rapport with prospective and current owners to establish commonality
• Generate sales by initiating transactions and utilizing effective closing techniques
• Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training to enhance skills
• Work in a goal and performance-based environment without cold calling, as all leads are prequalified

• 1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Florida Real Estate License
• Passion for supporting the company mission to put the world on vacation
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Internal drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Ability to overcome objections and work effectively in a performance-based environment
