Responsibilities
  • Provide management to commercial inside sales team.
  • Offer selling support through technical assistance to co‑workers, customers and others who may influence purchasing decisions.
  • Provide technical assistance to influence favorable product specifications.
  • Assist with equipment & controls selection, identifying value‑creation opportunities.
  • Conduct product training for internal branch team, dealers and engineers.
  • Perform site visits, joint calls with AMs, take‑offs and coordinate jobs for bid.
  • Call on architects, engineers, builders, developers, utilities, and national accounts as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in managing inventory.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HVAC Commercial sales experience required.
  • Minimum of four years of wholesale HVAC commercial sales/estimating experience.
  • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision‑making ability.
  • Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing and comprehensive knowledge of the principles of air conditioning.
