We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader with a strong background in door-to-door sales and team management. The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional who has successfully led teams and is ready to build and scale a high-output sales organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
Develop territory strategies and execution plans
Conduct field ride-alongs and performance coaching
Maintain accountability and culture within the team
Track KPIs and report performance to executive leadership
QualificationsRequired: Proven team management experience (minimum 2+ years leading sales teams)
5+ years of sales experience
Door-to-door sales background preferred (alarms, fiber, telecom, pest control, etc.)
Strong leadership and communication skills
PreferredExperience scaling teams from 5+ reps
