Sales Manager – Luxury Spa
Compensation: $3,000 monthly base pay + commission Employment Type: Full-Time
Step into a high-energy sales role at one of our luxury spa locations. As a Sales Manager, your primary focus is driving revenue by selling treatments and packages, upselling, and cross-selling directly to clients after their sessions. You’ll also align and support your sales team to ensure daily sales goals are met, creating a client experience that encourages repeat visits and maximizes results.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead the sales team to achieve daily sales quotas
- Sell, upsell, and cross-sell premium spa treatments and packages
- Engage with clients after treatments to enhance their experience and maximize sales
- Use the CRM system to track scheduled clients and maintain accurate records
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best
- Optionally travel to support spa locations, with all travel expenses covered by the company
- Any sales experience qualifies, whether entry-level or seasoned (2 months experience is acceptable)
- Basic understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Eager, motivated, and results-driven personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and client-focused demeanor
- Willingness to grow into a Travel Sales Manager role and visit multiple locations across the US
- $3,000 monthly base salary + commission with no earning cap
