What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing relationships and developing new accounts within the defined territory
  • Regularly visit healthcare practitioner (HCP) offices to achieve budgeted sales volume and goals
  • Utilize CRM for effective territory management, including pre‑call planning and post‑call documentation
  • Conduct educational programs for HCPs and distributor sales representatives, both in‑person and virtually
  • Collaborate with inside sales partners to generate leads and resolve customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3‑5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the health and wellness sector
  • Strong understanding of nutrition basics and experience analyzing sales and demographic data
  • Proven success in product sales and territory development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the practitioner channel representing natural or complementary/alternative products
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably
  • Strong analytical skills to develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with HCPs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
