Overview
Vitality Living is expanding! We’re looking for a driven Sales Director to join our brand-new luxury senior living community opening in Orlando, Florida. Be part of the founding team at Millenia Moments and help us build something truly special. Vitality Living is currently hiring for an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success.
Responsibilities- Manage sales metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, closing sales (deposits), and move-ins.
- Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process.
- Conduct virtual and in-person tours of community for professionals and community influencers.
- Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources.
- Report out on sales, marketing and occupancy activity as well as maintaining an up to date CRM database.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
Master s degree is a plus. - 3+ years of successful sales and leasing experience, preferably in senior living, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Expertise in sales strategy execution and lead management, with a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and competitive analysis tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including customer relationship management, team training, and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated traits of accountability, meeting high expectations, confidence, goal-orientation, and a desire to succeed.
- Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company’s sales system; experience in leasing and sales with senior housing is preferred.
- Strong English language written and verbal communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver license and have access to a car, ability to do outreach appointments.
