Field Marketing Representative

The Door-to-Door Field Marketing Representative is responsible for generating qualified leads through direct, face-to-face outreach in residential neighborhoods. This role focuses on educating homeowners about company products and services, building trust quickly, and setting appointments for in-home or virtual consultations. The ideal candidate is confident, resilient, and motivated by results.

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
• Engage homeowners in professional, persuasive conversations
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and services
• Qualify homeowner interest and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Accurately record customer information and outcomes in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals
• Handle objections and rejection with professionalism
• Represent the brand positively and in compliance with company standards
• Communicate field feedback regarding customer needs and market trends

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous door-to-door, canvassing, field marketing, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and smartphone/tablet access
